Medical and Emergency Notice

PiccoLumi is not a medical device, diagnostic instrument, clinical decision system, or emergency monitor. It does not provide medical advice. Never rely on PiccoLumi during an emergency. If you suspect an infant or child is experiencing a medical emergency, immediately contact emergency services (911 in the United States, 112 in Europe, 103 in other regions) or seek urgent pediatric care.

This document provides a concise in-app summary of our terms. For complete provisions, please review our full Master Terms of Service.

1. Operating Agreement and Authority

These Terms govern your use of the PiccoLumi iOS application. Operational brand is PiccoLumi ("we", "us", or "our"). Formal corporate entity registration and registered postal address remain open items pending corporate registration. If downloaded from the Apple App Store, these terms sit on top of Apple's Standard Licensed Application EULA.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child whose data you enter, or that you have explicit authorization from such parent or guardian.

2. Family Sharing and Caregiver Circles

Up to 6 adult caregivers can coordinate daily care within a family circle. The account Owner manages invitations, subscription status, and role permissions. Invitations are sent as revocable bearer links using the native iOS share sheet. Owners are responsible for activity conducted by invited members and may revoke access at any time in Settings.

3. Health and Medical Disclaimers

4. Apple In-App Subscriptions and Billing

5. Artificial Intelligence Features

PiccoLumi provides optional artificial intelligence features, including Lumi Chat and LumiCast contextual evaluations:

6. Intellectual Property and Content

You retain full ownership of your care logs, notes, photos, and medical vault documents. You grant PiccoLumi a limited license to host and process that content solely to deliver the service to your family. PiccoLumi retains all rights to the application, interface, branding, original soundscapes, and algorithms.

7. Acceptable Use and Deletion

You agree to use PiccoLumi only for lawful family care coordination. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. You agree not to reverse engineer, probe, or scrape the application or APIs.

You may terminate your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account. This triggers a resumable multi-stage deletion that revokes Apple authorization tokens, cascades database deletion across family records, and purges stored files.

8. Limitation of Liability and Contact

Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded. Governing law remains an open item pending corporate registration.
